Christopher Stoner Bespoke and Christopher Stoner are trading names of Christopher Stoner Bespoke Limited. At Christopher Stoner, we are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect from you and how we use it.

Why do we collect information from you?

We collect information about you when you place an order for a bespoke piece of jewellery. We also collect information when you voluntarily complete customer surveys or provide feedback or testimonials. Website usage information is collected using cookies.

• To allow us to process your bespoke jewellery order.
• To allow us to prepare a formal quotation.
• To provide you with an ongoing service.

What information do we collect from you?

• Your name, so we know what to call you.
• Your partner’s name and birthday or your wedding anniversary, where relevant, so we understand who the order is for and any special date or deadline.
• Your email address, so we can send order and payment confirmations, updates about your bespoke jewellery order and expected timescales.
• Your address, where needed for delivery, receipts or invoices.
• Your telephone number, so we can discuss your design and contact you about any issues or delays.
• Credit or debit card details, if this is your chosen payment method. Alternatively, we may request a bank transfer. Card details are never stored and are destroyed immediately after use.

Marketing

We do not send unsolicited sales or marketing emails to our clients. We may keep in touch with clients through occasional emails or letters as part of our ongoing service.

• To advise that bespoke jewellery may benefit from a complimentary clean and polish.
• To remind a client that an annual insurance policy may be due for renewal and check that they have the documentation they require.
• To send a birthday or anniversary card.

If you no longer wish to receive these communications, use any unsubscribe facility provided or email chris@christopherstoner.com.

Third parties

We do not pass your details to anyone else for their marketing purposes. If you opt in to receive emails from us, Christopher Stoner Bespoke will contact you about our own products and services.

Access to your information

The information we hold should be accurate and up to date. You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request corrections or contact us about its use by emailing chris@christopherstoner.com. Personal information is held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and applicable law.
