Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully.

1. Christopher Stoner Bespoke is incorporated as a private limited company in England. Website content, these terms and conditions and contracts formed between Christopher Stoner Bespoke Limited and users are governed by and construed in accordance with English law.
2. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
3. To order goods, you must be at least 18 years of age.
4. By submitting an order, you are offering to buy the goods at the stated price, subject to these terms and conditions.
5. For goods shipped outside the UK, you will be responsible for any local or import taxes or charges due on your purchase. You may receive a separate invoice from the carrier for customs charges.
6. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to refuse to supply goods.
7. Goods are subject to availability. If we do not supply the goods, we will refund money already paid. We will not be liable for compensation or damages if we do not supply goods.
8. A binding contract is formed only once your deposit payment has been processed.
9. We aim to deliver within the stated timescale, although delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our control. Delivery times are approximate and we will not be liable for compensation or damages arising from late or non-delivery.
10. If we cannot deliver within our normal delivery time, we will contact you to agree a new delivery date.
11. Warranty conditions: Please check the goods on collection or delivery. Christopher Stoner Bespoke offers a lifetime warranty against manufacturing faults. This does not affect your statutory rights. The warranty lapses in the event of incorrect use, third-party repairs or careless handling. It does not cover normal wear and tear, pearl stringing, chains or accidental damage.
12. You will own the goods only once we have received payment in full. You will be responsible for the goods once delivery has been made or where delivery is delayed by you.
13. Every care has been taken in preparing the content of this website. However, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim express or implied warranties concerning the accuracy of the information contained within it.
14. Images may not be displayed at actual size. Sizes, weights and measurements are approximate, taken at their widest points and included for guidance only.
15. We do not accept responsibility for any website outside our control that acts as a portal to this site or is connected to it by a hyperlink.
16. If any provision of these terms is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision will be excluded without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms.
17. Disputes not resolved through the normal complaints procedure will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales under English law.
18. These terms and conditions may change without prior notice. We recommend keeping a copy of the terms applying when an order is placed.
19. All deposits are non-refundable.
20. Free-shipping offers may be redeemed only against commissioned jewellery designs. Returned, unused jewellery will be subject to standard shipping fees.
21. Bespoke commissions cannot be returned or exchanged.
22. You may pay your deposit by credit or debit card or bank transfer when ordering. The balance is due before delivery or collection.

Returns & exchanges

As all Christopher Stoner Bespoke jewellery items are bespoke, they are not refundable. The 50% deposit on a bespoke item is non-refundable.
